Each pack expires one month after purchase. We send a reminder email at 7 days remaining. Unused credits past expiry are forfeit and not refundable. If something specific to your situation needs attention, use our contact form and we'll take a look.

Your resume and job-posting text are sent to one of our approved AI providers via OpenRouter (currently Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and Google Gemini families) to generate drafts. Which provider runs any given request depends on routing rules we set for quality, latency, and price; the full list is maintained in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data. Accounts that go inactive are archived after about 10 months (your data is locked away but recoverable on sign-in), and after a total of 14 months of inactivity we hard-delete the data per our retention policy. You can request export or deletion any time from /account (GDPR Articles 15, 17, and 20).

Yes, in two cases: (a) Within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from the pack, you're entitled to a full refund, a global statutory cooling-off window we apply to all users. (b) Within 14 days as a goodwill courtesy if you've used credits but the output didn't meet expectations, use our contact form with the specific case. We respond within 3 business days. Goodwill refunds are reviewed individually; repeated buy-use- refund patterns across accounts may be declined per our Terms.
